Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. if your purchase does not meet your level of satisfaction for any reason, items may be returned for store credit.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 3 weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are for store credit, no refunds will be issued.

To start a return, you can contact us at stitchwithlaud@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be communicated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 7-12 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Laud Lines is not liable for any return packages lost or stolen in-transit. please keep your proof of postage or/and tracking number for reference purposes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during time of the sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.
